I am Heather Cleveland; Physical Therapist with over 15 years of experience here to help you reach your goals relating to your physical activity; pain reduction; improving your function and your quality of life.

I believe that physiotherapy treatment should focus on the root cause of pain or problem (impairment); not just temporarily treating symptoms.

This can be accomplished through a comprehensive assessment; specific, client centred treatment and advice directly related to a clients' goals.
